LAW NO. 6698 ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA ("KVKK") CLARIFICATION TEXT
As Onetra Bilişim Teknolojileri Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. (referred to as "WEBKUR"), we attach importance to the personal data of our valued customers (referred to as "customer") and the privacy of their private lives. Personal data obtained within the framework of the principle of privacy and respect for fundamental rights and freedoms are processed by our company within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as "KVKK"). Processing is defined in Article 3 of the KVKK as the processes of recording, storing, preserving, changing, reorganizing, disclosing, transferring, taking over, making available, and classifying personal data.
Personal Data Collected and Method of Collection
Your name, surname, company title, if any, address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, invoice current information, if any, T.R. identification number, access and traffic information, e-mail correspondence, telephone calls to our call center, communication and interaction transactions with our social media accounts are recorded and used by WEBKUR in order to benefit from our services within the scope permitted by the legislation.
We collect personal data in order to fulfill our legal obligations, to execute the sales contract between WEBKUR and the customer, and for reasons stipulated by law, through your verbal, physical or electronic transmission to us.
Areas of Recording and Use of Personal Data
Your personal data will be processed by WEBKUR for the following purposes within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.
Providing products or services, planning before and after sales processes, planning and execution of technical support operation processes, ensuring continuity of communication in the execution of services such as infrastructure or technical maintenance, repair, installation of the service being provided, keeping financial and accounting records, improving our service quality. Creating customer risk analysis, ensuring security audits. To Whom and For What Purposes Personal Data Will Be Transferred Your personal data is not shared with third parties. Your personal data is transferred to the servers of the applications we use to perform certain activities. These are as follows:
Your name, surname, invoice no, amount, payment date are transferred to PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş., which provides virtual POS service for the purposes of collecting and refunding money for credit card payments. In order to send invoices to the customer by our finance department, invoice data is recorded with Paraşüt Yazılım Teknolojileri A.Ş. company and software due to the registered electronic mail service. In order to create stamp tax declaration and approve invoices, customer name, surname, T.R. identification number, tax office, country, city, tax number and contract amount may be transferred to our financial consultancy company. In addition to all these, personal data are shared with the EGM and prosecution authorities and courts due to our legal obligations.

Pursuant to Article 11 of the LPPD, you have the right to apply for the following purposes
To learn whether personal data is processed or not
Request information if personal data has been processed
To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose
To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad
To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing
In this context, requests received by WEBKUR will be finalized within 30 days at the latest.
